Independent Living Services

Our Independent Living Services, officially known as 245D Basic Support Services by the Minnesota Department of Human Services (DHS), are designed to help individuals with disabilities and seniors lead autonomous and fulfilling lives. These services support daily activities and ensure a safe and supportive living environment. Our dedicated team provides personalized care to meet each client's unique needs, promoting independence and enhancing their quality of life. Through our homemaking, respite care, adult companion services, personal supports, and night supervision, we strive to empower our clients to live independently and securely in their homes and communities.
