Customized Living Services

Care Crafters provides Customized Living Services that offer around the clock support for seniors and adults with disabilities who need help with everyday activities. Services may include personal care, meal assistance, medication reminders, light household tasks, safety supervision, and daily routines. These services help individuals live comfortably in their own home while receiving consistent, caring support that promotes independence, dignity, and peace of mind for both individuals and their families.

Home Care Nursing

At Care Crafters, our Home Care Nursing services provide comprehensive, long-term medical support tailored to your needs. Our licensed nurses assist with medication management, chronic disease monitoring, and vital sign assessments, ensuring ongoing health stability. We provide specialized care, including tube feeding, catheter maintenance, and wound care, while also offering fall prevention and safety oversight. Our team works closely with you, your family, and healthcare providers to develop a personalized care plan that promotes well-being and independence, all in the comfort of your home.

24 Hour Emergency assistance

The Care Crafters Line provides 24-hour emergency assistance, offering on-call counseling, problem-solving, and immediate response for non-critical home emergencies. This service ensures timely, tailored support without replacing the need to call 911 in urgent situations. The assistance can be delivered through various methods based on the individual's support plan.

Homemaking and Home Management

Our caregivers assist with general cleaning and home management tasks, including laundry, meal preparation, and organizing household activities to ensure a comfortable and well-maintained living environment.

Individualized Home Supports (IHS)

We offer support in various community living service categories, including cueing, skill maintenance, guidance, and instruction. Additionally, we provide help with coordinating community living activities and direct supervision. All support services must fall within an allowable community living service category.
