CareCrafters offers Housing Stabilization Services (HSS) to help individuals with disabilities and seniors find and keep stable housing. Our services include personalized housing plans, help with moving, and ongoing support to maintain housing. These services are designed for those facing housing challenges or transitioning from institutions, ensuring they have the support needed to live independently and securely.
Customized living Services
At CareCrafters, our Customized Living services provide comprehensive care tailored to your needs. We assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and mobility, along with medication management and health monitoring. Our team supports mental health and behavioral concerns, ensuring personalized attention. We also handle household tasks like meal preparation, housekeeping, and laundry. With 24-hour staffing, and transportation assistance we create a safe and comfortable environment to enhance your well-being.
24 Hour Emergency assistance
The CareCrafters Line provides 24-hour emergency assistance, offering on-call counseling, problem-solving, and immediate response for non-critical home emergencies. This service ensures timely, tailored support without replacing the need to call 911 in urgent situations. The assistance can be delivered through various methods based on the individual's support plan.
Homemaking and Home Management
Our caregivers assist with general cleaning and home management tasks, including laundry, meal preparation, and organizing household activities to ensure a comfortable and well-maintained living environment.
Individualized Home Supports (IHS)
We offer support in various community living service categories, including cueing, skill maintenance, guidance, and instruction. Additionally, we provide help with coordinating community living activities and direct supervision. All support services must fall within an allowable community living service category.
Respite Care
We provide temporary, high-quality care for your loved ones, giving family caregivers a much-needed break to rest and recharge.

Our story began with our founder's personal experience: witnessing the sacrifices made to keep a loved one at home because the thought of moving them to a facility was unimaginable.
